This organised excursion is open to all current NTCC members.

Meet at the Paterson Memorial Monument on the George Town foreshore.

Photograph the sunset at various locations along the Kanamaluka trail. (Sunset is at 19:41).

We will also be photographing the horizontal Milky Way Galactic Core, as it sets horizontally in the western sky.

The Milky Way Core will be visible to photograph between 21:00 and 22:30.
We will have a brief ‘workshop’ and run through ideal camera settings etc between 20:30 and 21:00.

It is recommended that members car-pool to reduce the risks, and the traffic on the roads.
